& Communication, is Coordinating the Second Annual
Hands for Hope Gathering Monday, November 3, 2003
at noon EST, 11 a.m. CST, 10 a.m. MST, and 9 a.m. PST,
everywhere and anyplace.
“By
holding hands across America on November 3 we are going
to show the world the essence of the American spirit,
that we are united regardless of their individual diversification,”
says Roberto Flamenco, PhD., Chairman and President
of Hands for Hope. “November 4 is Election Day
and people in America will have the freedom to vote
for whomever they wish.”
The
mission of Hands For Hope is to inspire and empower
individuals by encouraging and promoting respect, unity
and a sense of purpose. Its objectives are to declare
the first Monday of November National Unity Day, encouraging
people to hold hands in unity, and to disperse the message
of unity and peace throughout our nation and world.

Pentagon
Appearance
Michele was at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, on May
15, 2003 for the Hands for Hope project, which sent
a message to President George W. Bush. Dr. Roberto Flamenco,
president of Hands for Hope, offered Pentagon staff
members an opportunity to send a message of support
to the president. The messages are being included in
a book, A Matter of Principle, which will become
part of the Bush Presidential Library in Texas. |

Michele performed at the Meyer Ampitheatre in West
Palm Beach, Florida, on Sunday, July 13, 2003. She has
previously performed at the Meyer, with this photo being
taken during her 2002 appearance. |

New
Album Released
Michele’s new album, Covergirl was released
in mid April 2003. Like her previous two albums, it
also will be available through Amazon.com. The album

as well.
The ten songs on the album include: Downtown,
More Than I Can Say, Wave, Walkin’
After Midnight, It Had To Be You, Norwegian
Wood, Super Star, her composition —
Hold My Hand, Times Heals Everything,
